We will gladly accept any product in new/unused condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. During this period you are eligible for a full refund less shipping cost.
We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return.
We will accept returns on apparel only under the following conditions:
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. poor condition, washed, have visible signs of wear, dirty, etc).
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments.
